I was thinking of my New Year's Resolution and went through my list which includes eating healthier, exercising and sleeping more, reading books and less screen time. Last but not the least, I really need to focus on my inner peace as I am super hyper and this led me to Bernard the Qigong Master.
Bernard is one of the few bilingual qigong/tai chi Master in town and I find his classes to be effectively calming for me. It really helps with my sleep and declutters my mind.
Bernard teaches mind and body principles that help awaken the power of insight. This awareness allows you to make changes in your current attitudes and achieve peace, strength and balance in your everyday life.
He has studied a number of Eastern and Western practices for over two decades, which include yoga, Qigong, martial arts (Aikido, Tai Chi and Baguazhang), swordwork as well as Zen and Taoist meditation. Integrating these variegated approaches, he provides multi-faceted approach to strengthen the mind and body.
He currently offers classes in Qigong, Tai Chi and Baguazhang and also offers private coaching services.
Bernard has a degree in Philosophy from Oxford University and a Masters in Buddhist Studies from HKU. He is 200 hour certified Yoga Teacher from Yoga Alliance.
He has taught at many large companies and conferences including The Asia Society, Linklaters, the British Consulate.
