I feel extremely blessed to encounter several breathtaking moments including unforgettable sceneries across the globe, amazing art, architecture and spectacular cuisines. However, what counts from the experiences above ultimately boils down to the company at the time and the memories we will share together.

• 2011-2016: Analyst in large banking corporation in London (where I became aware of the stress and anxiety of daily corporate work and the importance of sports routine)

• 2021 until now: Private training lessons in Hong Kong to a diverse range of individuals

•1997-2001: Several awards in national competitions of acrobatic gymnastics in Portugal (Ginásio Clube de Portugal)

•2002: National Champion of Portugal in Junior Surfing
