I briefly took ballet lessons when I was young. At the time, I neither had the interest nor the talent to continue. It takes too much time and dedication and for sure I will never be Margot Fonteyn. I left ballet and never looked back until recently when I met Davit. I joined his ballet class with a family of nine from France and it was an exhilarating experience.

I was impressed with Davit's user- friendly techniques and how all nine of us ranging from ages 10 to 50+ were able to enjoy the 2 hour session and danced together. It was an eye opening experience and completely changed my perception of the sport.

I am convinced that ballet is not solely for the young but a great workout for the mature adults as well. It doesn't have to be rigorous and can hugely improve our balance, posture and core.

达维特·瓦尔丹扬

出生在亚美尼，达维特於2005年从德国斯图加特的约翰克兰克芭蕾舞学校毕业，师从芭蕾教育家泰斗彼得.佩斯托夫学习芭蕾舞。 

达维特于2006至2017年间先后加入德国德勒斯登歌剧院芭蕾舞团，荷兰国家芭蕾舞团，比利时的皇家弗兰德斯芭蕾舞团及香港芭蕾舞团跳舞，曾演出多个独舞及重要角色。 

达维特曾赢得的多个舞蹈奖项，如2008年意大利博尔扎诺的国际舞蹈比赛银奖及2010年入围伊斯坦布尔国际芭蕾舞比赛。

达维特由2017年开始从事舞蹈教育工作，曾任教于亚美尼亚国立芭蕾舞学校，多年来曾获邀于世界各地出任导师，包括德国、法国、日本、马来西亚、中国、保加利亚、比利时等地。2020年于香港创立HO Ballet，并于2023年创立AD Ballet并出任艺术总监。
