I met John at his restaurant Reveri, an establishment founded by him and his wife Jessica. The couple spent a fair amount of time in Australia and John acquired his cordon bleu culinary skills in Sydney.
He is a creative chef and his food demonstrates the adventurous side of him. I enjoy sitting at the counter of their Zen like restaurant and watch him transform an ordinary dish of food into a work of art.
He also likes to collaborate with others in his industry and takes his food and drinks to another level.

John's Bio:
- Studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Sydney Australia.
- Worked at The Star Casino, Sydney.
- Also interned in Indonesia and Singapore.
- Worked at Penta Hotel ( a subsidiary of Rosewood Hotel) in Hong Kong
Started cooking since he was young inspired by his mother who is a terrific cook. Cooking was initially a hobby but he became so good he turned professional.
