I have known Matthew ever since he was a toddler and see him blossom over the years. He is a man of few words but everything about him is of substance. He is super focused and knows exactly what he wants. He has friends from all walks of life and he is genuinely a sincere and kind individual.

He is now working hard towards his goal of becoming a physiotherapist and the rest of his free time is focused on training Olympic weightlifters. 

So honored to have him on our platform and may he continue to shine.

- Graduated from Northeastern University BS in health science

- HK weightlifting national champion

- HK national records

- USA Weightlifting national medalist

- Coach in PT, Athletes, and Olympic weightlifters

- Co-founder and past president of Northeastern Weightlifting Team

- Will represent Hong Kong at the upcoming 2024 Weightlifting Asian Championships

- CSCS Certification

- Currently work as a Research Assistant at HKSI
