Michael
Health Carer
" And I said to my body softly. I want to be your friend. it took a long breath and replied ' I have been waiting my whole life for this." By Nayyirah Waheed
Life is full of twists and turns and we can never predict what's around the corner. We can be healthy and energetic at one moment and frail and needy when the tides turn.
As time progress, our bodies and minds will require maintenance and the ageing process is inevitable. Hopefully we will never reach the stage of helplessness and completely at someone else's disposal. When that time arrives, ideally we will receive proper care from someone who has the heart and knowledge to administer our health.
I was introduced to Michael by my childhood friend Billy. At the time, Michael was the carer for my friend's father whose health was waning. It was emotionally draining for the family and Michael managed the patient's day to day and took excellent care of him. According to Billy, Michael has a heart of gold and went the extra mile to ensure proper care for Billy's father. Subsequently, the patient passed away and Michael has become a close friend of the family. It is rare to find reliable assistance and Michael is a huge asset for those looking for a reliable carer.
