" Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it" Ferris Bueller

Our health and physique can deteriorate very quickly if we do not take special care. I often wonder how some maintain a youthful look while others age so rapidly.

It goes without saying that DNA contributes to our overall appearance especially when it comes to our height and bone structure but there are multiple aids for us to  enhance our fitness and I believe Mike can assist.

I was introduced to Mike by two gorgeous moms who have children in their 20's. Amazingly, the ladies can be mistaken as their children's sisters rather than their mother! Although they are super disciplined and likely have the fundamentals to keep their youthful figure, I believe that Mike's guidance is part of the equation.

Mike owns a gym in Wong Chuk Hang and he trains athletes as well as anyone who wants to tone their bodies. He makes you sweat but doesn't push you to the brink. He conducts private and group sessions and is also available for home visits. His gym is also available for rental.

Please feel free to check out our website if you'd like to arrange a session with him or book his gym. Look forward to seeing you at Mike's gym.
